Dean Smith is a 1989 graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School with over twenty-five years of trial experience in all areas of personal injury law, including car accidents, construction and workplace accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice. He has dedicated his entire legal career to fighting for the rights of the people he has represented, whether it was pursuing justice for crime victims as a prosecutor in the Erie County District Attorney’s office, or helping people obtain fair compensation for the injuries they suffered because of someone else’s carelessness. Dean is a highly experienced and battle-tested courtroom attorney whose service in the legal profession has always involved helping to level the playing field for people who need it most, especially those who suddenly find their lives turned upside down by an injury and all of its consequences.

Dean is a member of the New State Trial Lawyers Association and its Western Region Affiliate (an organization dedicated exclusively to protecting and increasing the rights of negligence victims), the New York State Bar Association, and the Erie County Bar Association. He resides in East Aurora with his wife and two children.
