Kristina is a Buffalo product from beginning to end. She gained her Bachelors from Buffalo State and graduated from University at Buffalo School of Law. Kristina has worked at various social services organizations around Western New York where she helped citizens obtain various needed services and information that is critical for surviving. Through these experiences, Kristina has gained a keen sense of helping the “little guy” when their back is against the wall.

As the head of our Real Estate division, Kristina Ramos is an attorney providing services in commercial real estate, residential real estate, and Bank Mortgage work. Kristina is dedicated to protecting each client’s rights by providing assistance regarding the drafting of contract, contract review, title examination, closing document preparation, closing document review, and any pre/post-closing issues. She is adept at handling any complex issues that may arise related to the property of interest.

With years of experience, her strengths allow her to handle related due diligence including; corporate and tax issues, financing, land use and zoning, environmental, and judgment removals. Kristina offers knowledgeable and personalized service that reflects our firm’s reputation and experience. She has successfully obtained excellent results for her clients. On each transaction, she will always pursue her clients’ interests with attention to detail, dedication, and commitment to obtain the best outcome for all parties. Having helped clients with thousands of real estate purchases, sales, and development projects, Kristina has the experience to help structure and negotiate the best deal and quickly close the transaction.

Kristina is a member of the New York Bar, New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, and Women’s Lawyers of Western New York.
